Corrucell is a wholly unique structure that's amazingly strong, light and versatile....and thoroughly green. Corrucell is a honeycomb structure formed by laminating corrugated sheets into a hexagonal cell pattern which utilizes flute strength in the load bearing direction. Many variants of the basic structure are possible, including unique configurations such as collapsed structures for shipping economy and storage ease that quickly expand for use, or faced panels with corrugated sheets glued to one or both sides of pre-expanded core. Benefits common to all Corrucell structures are their lightness, handling ease and safety, conformation to environmental regulations and total recyclability.
   
A. Corrucell Double-Side Drop Filler ship
and store collapsed for economy, then
expand quickly to fill side voids along center loads.

B. Corrucell Air Bag Buffer Panels fill
voids, distribute inflation pressure uniformly
and provide a smooth, protective surface.

C. Corrucell Shearguard Bulkheads, far
lighter than plywood, combine honeycomb
cell strength and wood shear strength to
stop loads from sliding.

D. Corrucell Drop Fillers come collapsed
for shipping and storage economies, and
expand quickly to fill center, side and rear
voids.

E. Corrucell Faced Panels are available
in both fixed and folding configurations which
can be faced on one or both sides.		 F. Kraft Honeycomb Products pallets, inner packaging, load protection and others fabricated by our parent firm, Multi-Wall Packaging, are available from Corrugated Systems. These include top, separator and base panels that protect and cushion loads from stacking and wood pallet damage, as well as risers and wedges that evaluate loads and block roll-shaped objects.

G. Corrucell and Kraft Honeycomb Pallets, two and four-way entry in standard and custom sizes, are tailored to load requirements.

H. Corrucell Pallet Pack Panels fill pallet underhang voids, maintain load integrity and make stretchwrapping a cinch.
