Construction
Multi-Wall Flex Angles are Angle Pads constructed of laminated layers of 3/16". A flute single face corrugated paper built up to various thicknesses and lengths to meet or exceed National Motor Freight Specifications. These pads are pre-flexed allowing for normally rigid 90 degree Angle Pads to bend around curved products.
Applications
These pre-flexed pads are shaped to conform to the perimeter of oval tables, round tables or octagonal surfaces, as well as other products with unusual shaped surfaces.
   
Available liners, lengths, widths and thickness
The need for bubble or foam wrapping, and the labor to apply them to your product can often be eliminated when Flex Angles are ordered with our non-abrasive liners. Flex Angles are available
with standard corrugated liner or with optional non-abrasive linings: Michelman® coating,
MULTI-SOFT tissue, or micro foam.

Face widths (the areas that contact the packaged product) are:
A= 2 1/2 x 2 1/2" 
B= 2 x 2”
C= 3 x 3”
W= 4 x 4”		 M= 5 x 5”
WA= 4 x 2 1/2"
WC= 4 x 3" 
WX= 4 x 6"

Lengths are custom made and available to 150”.

Thickness for the Flex Angle can be made up to 5 ply.
