Construction
Multi-Wall Frame Packs are
Angle Pads constructed of laminated layers of 3/16” A flute single face corrugated paper built up to various thickness and lengths to meet or exceed National Motor Freight Specifications. Frame Packs are fabricated by mitering or “notching” two or more “notches” into standard
Angle Pads, resulting in an easy to apply protective
pad. |

product.

Available liners, lengths,
widths and thickness
The need for foam or polyethylene wrapping, and the labor to apply them to your product, can
often be eliminated when Frame Packs are ordered with our non-abrasive liners. Frame Packs
are available with standard corrugated liner or with optional non-abrasive linings:
Michelman®
coating, MULTI-SOFT tissue, or micro foam.
Face widths (the areas that contact the packaged product) are:

C= 3 x 3”
W= 4 x 4”
M= 5 x 5” |

Lengths are custom made and available to 150”.
Thickness for the Frame Pack can be made up to 8 ply.
