Superflute®
is a strong, heavyweight, 1/2" high fluted material with
a flat section between the flutes. It provides superior edge
protection, and strap positioning. Best of all, it can be
scored and folded to a number of configurations and dimensions
limited only by your imagination Superflute is often an
effective replacement for foam sheets. |

Superflute
is available in three weights - lightweight, medium weight and
heavyweight board allowing more or less cushion as needed.
Superflute's unique design consists of fluted material with a
flat valley section between flutes. The fluting is fixed at
1/2" high. Superflute can be obtained in widths up to
25" in 266 foot rolls. These rolls are compact for
economical storage. There is no waste because you cut off only
the length you need or Superflute can be cut-to-length as
required.
Superflute provides superior edge protection and strap
positioning for palletized loads. Straps fit perfectly in the
valley between flutes. A protective wax coating or soft tissue
can be laminated to either side of Superflute to protect the
delicate surfaces of your products. There is no waste because
you cut off only length you need. Superflute can also be
cut-to-length as required. |
