About Flat Pads
Multi-Wall built up Flat Pads and blocks are constructed of layers 3/16.” A flute single face corrugated paper laminated into shapes of various lengths, widths, and thickness to provide cushioning and clearances designed to meet or exceed National Motor Freight Specifications. Corrugated Flat Pads and blocks are used in a multitude of applications when blocking, spacing, void filling or special built up pad fabrications are required. Flat Pads often replace foam blocks, when greater strength, multiple load shocks, or environmental factors are involved
The need for foam or polyethylene wrapping, and the labor to apply them to your product, can often be eliminated when Flat Pads are ordered with our non-abrasive liners. Flat Pads are available with standard corrugated liner or with optional non-abrasive linings: wax coating, tissue, or micro foam.
